Employees will be able to do a self-assessment of their performance and give ratings with justifications, and share the ratings with the manager.
360 degree feedback & review
Manager can get feedback & review from colleagues of the employee, and other managers with whom the employee has worked, thereby giving a complete 360-degree feedback about the employee.
Based on the performance ratings and discussions, the manager and employee will mutually agree to goals that needs to be achieved by the employee for the upcoming performance review cycle. Such goals can be entered into the system, and employee can make regular check-in of their progress on the goal.
